In Piloxing Barre the elements of classical ballet, Box and dance meet in a synergy. The difference from normal Piloxing, where we use gloves as a weight, is in the usage of a special ballet pole. Those serve as a support for the body when performing individual exercises and can help concentrate better on shaping of the muscles. Most of all the muscles of the belly, bottom, inner thighs and calf are shaped during the lesson. You will also achieve a reduction of fat in the body and faster calorie burning. We pay attention to right poise holding.
